Experience the magic of the Kaneohe Sandbar. The sandbar is a shallow stretch of white sand in the middle of Kaneohe Bay on Oahu’s windward side, with the Koʻolau mountains rising straight out of the water behind it.
Tours run aboard a 70-foot catamaran departing from He’eia Kea Harbor, about 45 minutes from Waikiki. The water at the sandbar is calm and waist deep in most places, so all ages are welcome and no previous experience is needed.
