Molokini is a sunken volcanic crater three miles off the south coast of Maui. The rim breaks the surface in a crescent and the inside of it is a marine reserve; clear water, no fishing, and a wall of coral. It is the reason people get on a boat here.
Pride of Maui has run out of Maalaea Harbor since 1983 with two power catamarans. Every morning trip to Molokini also stops at Turtle Town, where green sea turtles feed over the reef, so you get two snorkel stops in one morning when conditions allow.

Good to Know
Morning trips are the snorkeling trips.Molokini is calmest early, and the two-stop itinerary only runs in the morning.
Snorkel stops depend on the ocean.Turtle Town in particular is conditions permitting. The crossing is the constant; the stops are not.
The two boats suit different parties.Pride of Maui takes infants and has the slide. ʻElua starts at age 4 and is the quieter option.
Private charters are available on both boats.Tell us your dates and party size.
