A Hawaii beach wedding on Oahu, without the expense and the planning of a traditional ceremony. Everything the day needs is arranged for you: the beach permit, a minister, flowers, a coordinator on site, transport for the bride and groom, and photographs to take home. It is a private booking, so only your own group takes part, and it is built for small family weddings and vow renewals rather than large receptions.

Where the Ceremony Takes Place
Waialae Beach, KahalaMagic Island, Ala Moana Park
Two beach parks on Oahu are used, and the one confirmed for your date depends on permit availability: Magic Island beside Ala Moana, and Waialae Beach Park in Kahala. Both give you sand, ocean and open sky, and all are within a short drive of Waikiki. We confirm the site with you once the permit is issued.
Transport
Round-trip transport is provided for the bride and groom from any Waikiki hotel to the ceremony site and back to the same hotel. Guests travel separately and meet you at the beach. If you prefer to make your own way, you can go straight to the meeting point in Waikiki instead.
A Legal Wedding or a Vow Renewal
The package includes a souvenir certificate, which is a keepsake and not a legal document. For a legally recognized marriage, add the Hawaii Marriage License Application at $30 per booking and we will handle the paperwork with you. A Hawaii license must be obtained in Hawaii before the ceremony, both people apply together with a licensing agent, there is no residency or citizenship requirement, and the license is valid for 30 days. For a vow renewal no license is needed at all.

ConfirmationWithin 48 hours of booking, subject to permit and date availability. On average this ceremony is booked about 40 days ahead, so early dates are easier to secure.
